H.T. Strasburger
Mr. Strasburger is currently the Chairman of Strasburger Enterprises, an international convenience store operation and
management company. The business began in 1958 as an investment in two grocery stores located in Temple, Texas.
Mr. Strasburger graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and Management. He also served at the
Military Intelligence School for the United States Army at Fort Holabird in Maryland from 1955-1957.
Shirley Strasburger
Ms. Strasburger graduated from Baylor University in 1955. Temple Jaycee's named her Temple Outstanding Woman of 1982,
and she served as President of the Temple Cultural Activities Center in 1984. Her business interests include Strasburger
Enterprises and MegaTravel in Temple, Texas.
Gregg Strasburger
Mr. Strasburger graduated from Baylor University in 1983 with a BBA in Marketing and Management. He began working in
banking in 1981 and is currently responsible for the travel, banking and technology businesses of Strasburger Enterprises. Mr. Strasburger
also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Fidelity Bank of Texas.
Susan Vick
Ms. Vick graduated from Baylor University in 1987 with a BA in Foreign Service. She has experience in the insurance and
publishing industries. Ms. Vick currently is involved with volunteer work with local schools, PTAs and other civic
organizations as well as raising her four children.
Terry Whitley
Mr. Whitley graduated from Southwestern University in 1984 with a BBA in Finance and Economics. In addition, Mr. Whitley also graduated from Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking in 2008. He began his banking career in 1981 being employed with the State of Texas as a regulator and the FDIC as an asset manager and liquidation officer with the Division of Liquidation. Mr. Whitley has been a banking officer in Central Texas for over 15 years in both lending and operations.

Roy Strasburger
Mr. Strasburger earned a BBA in Marketing and Computer Science from Baylor University and his JD from Baylor Law School in
1984. He founded a publishing company in the United Kingdom before joining Strasburger Enterprises in 1988.
Mr. Strasburger is currently President of the International Division.
Sharon Ingram
Ms. Ingram graduated from Baylor University with a BBA and her JD from Baylor Law School in 1989. She worked in the
District Attorney's office before becoming a full time Mother of 3 children.
Roger Ingram
Mr. Ingram graduated from the University of Texas and was licensed as an attorney in 1991. He spent several years as a
civil litigator before joining Strasburger Enterprises in 1995. Mr. Ingram is currently General Council for Strasburger
Enterprises.
Ann Lindsey
Ms. Lindsey graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Nursing in 1958. She has been a past director of the Baylor
Alumni Association and the Laura Edwards Christian Center. She has also acted as an office manager for her husband
Dr. J.H. Lindsey.
