security and confidentiality. They are not allowed to use our customer

that provide service and processing, as permitted by law or the customer
expressly authorizes or requests it.
CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY AND ACCURACY
All our employees are governed by a code of conduct that includes the
responsibility to protect the confidentiality of customers’ financial and
other personal information. Employees are bound by this Privacy Policy and
are educated on implementing our security principles and practices. Only
employees actively engaged in their assigned duties are authorized to access
or use customer information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal regulation to guard your nonpublic
personal information.
We do not disclose information about our customers or former customers to
anyone, except as outlined in this policy or as permitted or required by
law, unless the customer expressly authorizes or requests it. Our strict
policies for protecting customer information apply equally to active and
inactive customers. In accordance with standard banking industry practice,
and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we share customer information with
reputable information reporting agencies.
We work to ensure that the information concerning you is accurate in all
aspects. If we become aware of inaccuracies in our records, we will take
prompt action in making the appropriate corrections.
INTERNET / WEBLINK PRIVACY
Fidelity Bank does not collect identification information from individuals
visiting the banks web site or users of our Internet Banking System.
However, we do collect information relating to usage of the internet website
to determine the frequency and duration of the access to it. In addition to
the collection of this usage data, the Internet Banking System tracts the
numbers of transactions entered by our customers. All of this information is
used to create statistical reports for our site to help the bank determine
better ways for us to serve our customer’s needs. Any information that is
submitted to the bank via e-mail or through submission of applications is
used internally to process requests for services and/or to respond to
customer’s e-mail. This information is not distributed or sold to other
organizations. We are not responsible for the collection, use or security of
information by companies or organizations outside of the Fidelity family
that may be linked to our websites. We encourage you to read the privacy

Fidelity Bank uses 128-bit SSL encryption. Your information is encrypted and
scrambled as it is sent across the Internet. Ongoing security reviews and
technology upgrades are constantly being evaluated and implemented as
improvements are developed.
CHILDREN’S ONLINE INFORMATION PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from our
websites about children under age 13. If a child who we know to be under age
13 sends personal information to us online, we will only use that
information to respond directly to that child, notify parents, or seek
parental consent.

by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas State
