The ATM located at our Lake Shore branch is currently inaccessible. Our drive thru tellers are available to assist with withdrawals Monday-Friday from 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00a.m.-noon. The ATM at our Robinson branch is available for our customers in that area. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding. -Your FBOT Team

Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers from Disease Control (CDC). As always, our focus is the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and the communities we serve. Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted. We stand ready to work with those experiencing financial difficulty as a result, and we are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential disruptions of service to our customers.
If you visit our locations, please know that our teams are available to serve you, as always. We’ve augmented daily cleaning procedures with the use of disinfectant products on high touch surfaces, have made hand sanitizer readily available to staff and customers and are educating our staff on best practices recommended by the CDC.
We encourage you to access your account from home using our internet and telebanking services to view transactions, check balances, make mobile check deposits, make payments and transfer funds. We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your account digitally. If you need assistance accessing, using or registering for these services, please contact us at 254-755-6555. In addition, we ask that you use our ATM and drive-thru and teller windows for deposit and loan transactions.
If you’ve been impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we’re here to help. We will have dedicated assistance available. Please contact us to learn more about the services that may be available to you.
In addition to help customers work through potential financial hardships, we also have contingency plans in place that are designed to prevent any service disruptions due to Coronavirus impacts. These include remote access capabilities and continuity plans for critical operations.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate measures to support our customers and communities as needs arise. We will communicate any additional information via our Facebook page, online banking notifications, email and mail as necessary.
