However, we do collect information relating to usage of the internet website to determine the frequency and duration of the access to it. In addition to the collection of this usage data, the Online Banking System tracks the numbers of transactions entered by our customers. All of this information is used to create statistical reports for our site to help the bank determine better ways for us to serve our customer's needs. Any information that is submitted to the bank via email or through submission of applications is used internally to process requests for services and/or to respond to customer's email. This information is not distributed or sold to other organizations. We are not responsible for the collection, use or security of information by companies or organizations outside of the Fidelity family that may be linked to our websites.
