However, we do collect information relating to usage of the internet website to determine the frequency and duration of the access to it. All of this information is used to create statistical reports for our site to help the bank determine better ways for us to serve our customer's needs. Any information that is submitted to the bank via email or through submission of applications is used internally to process requests for services and/or to respond to customer's email.
